Most of our services have a fixed price, so you will always know what you will be paying before we even start no matter how long the job takes us. For certain repairs and services, we will need to quote, as replacement parts and repair times can vary drastically.
We come to you, whether it's your home or place of business, we will arrange a time that suits you, to come and see you. Sometimes, the job cannot be carried out on-site, so we will take your computer or laptop away to our workshop (you will be given a receipt, so you know where it has gone!). Once the repair has been carried out, we will return your laptop or PC to you and run through anything we have done.
We do not charge a call out fee when we come to you. If you are outside of our free call out area, we will advise you before coming out, but our charges are very reasonable. So don't delay, call us now.
