Over time your computer slows down. Programs get added then removed often leaving remnants behind. The registry gets clogged up and the system folders get bloated. If this sounds like your computer then you could benefit from a reinstallation of your operating system (we call it a system rebuild).
If you are happy backing up your own data then we can just wipe your system and reload the operating system, applying all updates and additional software if required. You will then need to restore your data.
Alternatively we can backup all your data for you, rebuild the computer then reinstate your data.
However, now is a very good time to upgrade your operating system. If you are currently running Windows XP or Windows Vista, then your computer should be able to run Windows 7 - Microsoft's latest operating system.
It is possible to upgrade your current operating system in place, but it is highly recommended that a fresh installation is performed. This ensures that there are no compatibility issues between the old and new operating systems.
