If you are having problems with your laptop then we can help. Whether you've broken your screen, damaged the power (DC) socket, you're getting 'blue screen of death' messages, your wireless is not playing ball or you just need a helping hand getting something sorted, then let us help you.

We will come to your house and diagnose the problem. If the problem is a quick fix then we can fix it there and then. Sometimes however, it might be necessary to take the laptop back to the workshop, but we aim to turn round all jobs within 3 working days. Quite often we turn round jobs same day or within 24 hours. However, if for some reason it is going to take longer (such as a part that is required that is in short supply), then we will always keep you updated on the progress

Alternatively, you can drop your laptop off to us and we will diagnose, quote and fix the problem and then either return the computer to your house or you can pick it back up from us.
